Arolos Weyr is an approved Weyr based on Anne McCaffrey's Pern books. Here, chaos reigns supreme, disasters occur regularly, and Violence, Angst and Melodrama are our favourite words. We always have room for new people with innovative minds. Total newbies to Pern and RPGing are also welcome. We will help you along as much as we can, slowly converting you to become just as warped as we are.
Fallen Stars is a 11th pass Pern PBeM, set after the events of AIVAS and the return of the Red Star, 300 turns of no Threadfall, the gradual diminishment of the grubs and technology Pern had once enjoyed. Seven turns later after the return of Thread, disease has ravaged the established weyrs of Dawning Light and Coral Reef Weyr. Join them in rebuilding of their weyrs and lives.
Dragonriders is a play-by-email club based on the works of Anne McCaffrey, specifically, the "Dragonriders of Pern®." Players create characters, write stories and interact with other personas via email lists. We have received permission from Anne McCaffrey to start this club. We've been around since January '96, which makes us the first and the best Pern email club on the Net. (Biased? Certainly not! *grin*)
